Holistic Mind Body Nutrition with Elsa Dean, RDN

I work one on one with individuals as a nutritional counselor, motivational eating psychology coach, and whole foods nutrition educator, but what I really do is help women connect with their intuition and deepest wisdom so that they can follow the diet and lifestyle that serves them best.  As a registered dietitian, my passion is inspiring others to discover and maintain vibrant health at any stage of life. I’ve dedicated my practice to supporting clients to create healthy lifestyles through a whole-foods and a mind-body approach that educates and empowers them to make lasting change.

Years ago, after a physical mid-life breakdown, I left my twenty plus year career in corporate architecture and interior design and began to develop my own approach to health in order to heal. I embarked on a profound physical, mental, and spiritual journey that awakened me to the healing force of natural foods and conscious living. I explored whole foods based cooking and alternative medicine and sought a degree in nutrition from Bastyr University. What started as a passion project for self-healing has transformed into an ever-evolving life journey and career. I love to share my personal experiences and transformation to inspire and support others in finding their own way on the path of healing.

These sessions work well for clients seeking guidance in food or eating challenges, weight loss, therapeutic nutrition and food sensitivities/allergies.

Nourish: 3-month Wellness Program

The Nourish program will guide you towards your health and wellness goals with sustainable results. Twelve weeks has been shown to be the magic number in creating lasting change. This program includes 11 visits, a comprehensive food plan, a movement and activity plan, and stress management techniques all tailored to your needs.
