Bloom Kids and Tween Yoga classes are taught and developed by our certified Kids Yoga Teachers.
They help children establish their yoga foundation in a playful and fun way. All classes are specifically developed by age, and include a warm-up, action/play, winding down, and relaxation. We offer classes for kids and tweens ages 4-12 years.
All of our classes are offered in sessions. We have found that the kids thrive in yoga with consistency of their practice and getting to know the same group of kids over an extended period of time.
Teacher, Jenny McCarthy, gets to the kids level to make sure that their experience is safe and fun. She is a total blast and the kids fall in love with her.

Bloom Kids Summer Yoga Camp (Ages 4-8 Years)
The Bloom Kids Yoga Camp is the perfect summer activity for kids ages 4-8 that love to move and create! Each session will include a kids yoga practice, in which we will play with poses and movement, learn breathing exercises, play yoga games and relax in savasana. We will also have yoga-inspired activities or art projects. Sample projects include eye pillows, mandala coloring and relaxation feather brushes. Each activity will reinforce the lesson of the class and be a tool to help integrate yoga into daily life.
Summer Yoga Camp is from 7/24-7/28 from 1:00pm-3:00pm
$199 for the 7 day series. Due to the small size of classes and high demand, we cannot pro-rate the program.
Offered in 10-week sessions on Thursdays from 4:00-4:45. If space is available you may pro-rate the series.

These engaging classes explore yoga poses, cooperative games, breathing, and relaxation exercises, as well as teaching kids about self-expression, body-awareness, and social skills. This unique approach combines yoga poses with songs, stories, games, and relaxation techniques. Non-competitive and fun, the classes help students develop strength, flexibility, concentration, and confidence.
Offered on Thursdays from 5:00-6:00pm. If space is available you may pro-rate the series.

Yoga is the perfect activity for your tween to explore his or her body in a non-competitive environment. Sessions are fun, expressive, and playful. This is the perfect way for your tween to balance body and mind and build confidence in a safe and supportive setting. Kids love to come with a friend, so grab a buddy and make a date of it.
