The Soul Sweat series is a fitness blend of yoga, pilates, cardio-dance, martial arts, and authentic connection with other women. Together you move with carefully curated music that helps connect you to the power and strength that lies within. You will get your heart pumping, tone your body, sweat, play, and laugh along the way. Only open to 8 women, this class will feel like home.

Offered on either of these convenient times:
Friday mornings from 9:15-10:15am
or
Saturday mornings from 8:00-9:00am
