Begin. FREE Acupuncture and Holistic Psychotherapy Sessions…

How many times have you said you will start tomorrow?
You will make that call.
You will take that first step.

And then tomorrow turns into next week
or next month

And you never make the call?

There is a quiet nudge that persists.
Deep inside of you.

She Says.

Now is the time.
Take that first step.
And finally you listen.

Sometimes we need a reason to finally take that first step back to ourselves and back to our health. This month we are here to help you do just that. In the next couple weeks I will be sharing a few ways you can easily BEGIN.
To start, we are offering FREE 30-minute Acupuncture and Holistic Psychotherapy sessions for the month of December.
We are over the moon excited to share with you our new Acupuncturists Kelly Stock and Candise Yang, and our new Holistic Psychotherapist Nicole George’ OBrien.
If you are struggling with anxiety, hormonal changes, stress, chronic fatigue, headaches, pre and postnatal concerns, and pain, Acupuncture can be an amazing way to bring you back into balance.
If you are facing big life transitions, overwhelm, confusion, stress, relationship struggles, career issues, parenting challenges, then Holistic Psychotherapy could be amazing to help you ground again.
We are making it really easy for you. You have nothing to lose. Come meet our healing practitioners and take that first step back to you. It is time to BEGIN.

Michelle Long, MA
Founder of The Practice® and Bloom Retreat

In 2009, ready for a deeper understanding of human physiology, health, and healing, I began my studies of Oriental Medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. I love the sophistication and organic lens in which Oriental Medicine views the human body and spirit.
I am thrilled to join the Bloom community and passionate about working with women and their bodies.

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist with a passion for women’s health, emotional wellness, and pain management.
I am here to remind my patients that leading busy, active lives can be fulfilling and wonderful so long as we remember to tend to our needs as we extend ourselves to others.
I couldn’t be more excited to support the women of Bloom!

I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in Oakland, California committed to helping people find balance and overcome obstacles to live the life they want. After receiving my masters degree at JFK University in Somatic Counseling Psychology, I began my work as a therapist and have been practicing for 8 years. My own experiences of overcoming and healing from adverse life circumstances led me to become an ally to others who seek ease and fulfillment.  I am a mom of two young children, a lover of nature, and a believer that while we are all a work in progress, the right tools and guidance bring beautiful positive change.
